Soy candles are a popular choice for people today that are in the market for a good candle. There are many benefits to buying them.

One of the most noticeable benefit is how clean they burn. Soy wax does not produce the black soot that traditional paraffin wax does. There is some soot but it is nowhere near as pronounced and is barely noticeable. There are candles out there that blend their waxes so you should always check the label to make sure you are getting a 100% soy wax blend if that is what you are in the market for.

Another benefit is that they are manufactured in the United States and buying them helps to support local farmers that have soybean crops.

They are also known for their great smells. A good candle will fill the room with its aroma.

Because there are not additional chemicals in 100% pure soy wax candles they burn longer too and give off a cleaner scent. They are also easily made at home and you can make them fairly easily. They also are not expensive to make and a lot of people enjoy blending different scents to create their own. They also make great gifts for eco-friendly friends and relatives.

Rest assured a person that cares about the environment will enjoy them.
Soy wax candles have many benefits and they will continue to be popular for the reasons stated above. They are found in most supermarkets and can be bought online from various websites as well.

I always thought the source for soot, was the lead found in the wicks. Not the source of the wax. Interesting.
